Image
There were no regular classes commenced in this week. This week was solely dedicated for conducting the School Youth Festival, named as 'HamsaDhwani'. The Youth Festival commenced from 22nd August to 24th August. I had duties assigned for the first two days. On the first day of the programs, I had duty in the Stage - 1, the Open Air Auditorium for the Forenoon session. On the second day, I got duty at the same stage, but for the Afternoon session. On the first programs held at the pre- decided timings. So we got off from the duty on time. But on the second day the programs were delayed for a long time which resulted with us starting our afternoon duty at about 3 pm. So we left the school after finishing our duties at 7 pm.

2 nd week reflection

The second week of teaching practice was marked by both learning and engagement. From August 12 to August 16, I conducted classes in 8J and  9F, continuing to build on the foundational concepts introduced last week. On August 14, Wednesday, the school hosted a vibrant Maths Fair. The day was filled with excitement as I was assigned duties to oversee several competitions. This experience was eye-opening, as I got to witness firsthand the creative ways in which students approached complex problems. The week concluded on August 16, Friday, with class elections, where the first two periods were dedicated to selecting new class leaders. Although I lost a teaching period, it was compensated later in the day. Finally   I helped to transform an old math lab into a vibrant and modern learning new lab. This week not only strengthened my teaching skills but also deepened my connection with the students as I participated in various school activities.
